Füllen Sie den Moka-Kessel bis zum Sicherheitsventil mit Wasser; um zu vermeiden, dass Ihr Kaffee zu wässrig wird, füllen Sie nicht mehr Wasser als bis zur Maximalfüllhöhe ein. Wählen Sie die gewünschte Kaffeemischung; diese muss speziell für Moka-Maschinen gemahlen und darf nicht zu fein sein. Füllen Sie den Trichter mit reichlich Kaffee, ohne diesen dabei nach unten zu drücken. Für noch besseren Kaffee, erhitzen Sie ihn auf niedriger Hitze - es lohnt sich, ein paar Minuten länger zu warten. Wenn der Kaffee in die Sammelkammer gestiegen ist, drehen Sie die Hitze zurück. Jetzt können Sie frischen aromatischen Kaffee genießen.
