Casarecce-Pasta ist eine zusammengedrehte Röhrennudel, die hervorragend mit Fleischgerichten harmoniert.
Dieser Einsatz für die Kenwood Nudelpresse wird aus hochwertigem Bronze gefertigt.
Die Herstellung von Nudeln mit diesem Aufsatz macht die Nudeln rauer, was dafür sorgt dass die Pasta die Sauce besser aufnehmen kann.
Mit dem Einsatz aus Bronze ist bei der Pasta-Herstellung außerdem ein höherer Druck notwendig. Dadurch wird die Struktur der einzelnen Nudeln dichter, was hilfreich ist die Pasta später beim Kochen möglichst al dente - also bissfest - zuzubereiten.
